Roman Guerra has over 20 years of experience leading complex management consulting initiatives across multiple industries and functional areas within the private and public sectors. His passion is helping organizations solve their most complex problems and achieving success within resource constrained environments by applying a mission focused approach towards process design, process improvement, policy development, and sustainment. As an active practitioner, Mr. Guerra brings his expertise and thought leadership to all Pinnacle Government Consulting initiatives. A Virginia native, he currently resides in Leesburg, Virginia with his wife and two children.

Ted Fenn has over 15 years of management consulting experience in the public sector, including DoD, DHS, and civilian agencies. He has expertise in business process re-engineering, business transformation, and program management support. Mr. Fenn also manages a portfolio of client projects and multiple business functions within the company. His passion is working with clients and his teammates to solve complex problems and add sustainable value for Pinnacle’s clients. He lives in Virginia with his wife and two children.

Lateefah Ferguson

Lateefah Ferguson is a Senior Management Consultant with over 5 years of experience working with the Federal government. She is a graduate of George Washington University with an M.B.A. and an M.A. in International Trade an Investment Policy. Lateefah has worked on a number of projects spanning from development of business requirements for a learning management system to management of accountable property. She is a critical thinker and is committed to finding the best ways to solve her clients' complex problems.

What do you like best about working in a project-based environment?

Working in a project-based environment provides variety in the challenges that we have the opportunity to work on. Diverse projects expose me and my team members to new topics and ideas, encouraging continuous learning and strengthening each person’s consulting skillset.

How do you spend your time outside of work?

I spend my time outside of work traveling and volunteering with a community service based organization.
